Great store!. No crowds. No shoppers. Few sales people. While the product they offer is very nice, it is very expensive. Recently, on an impulse, my wife purchased a chandelier the store had on display. We were told that taking down the chandelier will take a week, so "come back on next Saturday and we will have it boxed and ready to carry out". Apparently, it needed a licensed electrician to take the chandelier from the ceiling and place it into a box. No, it was not ready on next Saturday. Then it was promised to be ready by the coming Wednesday. Was the electrician working from home? We came to pick it up on Saturday, two weeks after purchasing. No, the chandelier was not boxed, it was sitting at the loading dock unboxed. I was told by the rep in the office that this was a "floor sample" and this is why it was not boxed. How can an item taken from the ceiling be a floor model? Ceiling model? When it came to boxing, the store did not have the original box so I had to help the workers to construct a make shift enclosure, not much suitable for shipping or transporting long distances. This should not been happening with the high end furniture store.

I had the pleasure of working with Nancy Jackson at the Livingston, New Jersey showroom. Nancy measured my space and made sure every piece of furniture I purchased was on scale with my rooms dimensions. Then Nancy helped me color coordinate my purchase so that “the new” blended with and complimented my existing furniture. At the same time, she held my hand, was extremely patient, and always made me feel she had my best interest at heart. I can not say enough nice things about Nancy.
