They never came out. They kept pushing them time back and 7:25pm left a message to reschedule. That was on the 15th of September. I tried to speak to a live person but only got recordings. So I went to reschedule only to find out the earliest date was 9/28/22. Unacceptable and very disappointed. I canceled and want to cancel warranty too.

Robert explained that the thermostat callibration may change on its own over time, and reccomended that if the occasional problem continues, I could adjust it colder-- "as long as I don't max it out", which was a big part of why I replaced my previous machine. So far, the problem where the freezer temperature goes up further than normal has only happened once more, but this time, it turned itself back on as I stood there. Robert was very serious about his job, but by the time he left proved a lot friendlier than he appeared at first, which I appreciated. I'm sure the cleaning will help, but, if the problem returns or gets worse, I may have to schedule for a repair (not too soon, I hope). You've got a GOOD MAN working for you there! He filled me with confidence.

The service man was great. I was the first stop in the morning , said they did not make the parts needed to make the repair.
