This place is drowning in sorrow. The woman teller clearly has no joy for her job. Passport appointments are unreliable. We showed up at our designated time only to watch the passport postal guy finish w one passport appt and head off on his lunch break. I was then told my appointment was supposed to be cancelled. They said they called to cancel but since no one answered they didn’t leave a voicemail to let me know (because leaving a voicemail is too obvious a solution, clearly). Avoid.

I love & support the USPS, but this branch is horrible. I have to label my outgoing mail to get them to pick it up. If they don’t take it & I call, they tell me to schedule a pickup. When I tell them scheduling is only available for Priority and Express mail, it’s news to them. This has happened several times. I never had this problem at my old address. This branch has a management problem.

You can go to usps.com and follow the steps there or you can visit your local post office and fill out a forwarding form there.
