I went to Carl’s last year for a pair of shoes for nursing. I got fitted with a 7 1/2 in new balance. I always thought that I was a seven but the shoes fit good however, I wanted a new pair of shoes for my new job, so I went back to Carl’s last week and they didn’t have much of a selection which was fine but I bought a pair of shoes I was told I was an eight I got home and put the shoes on and I noticed that the instep was too tight so I had to go back and return them. It was about 320 when I arrived and they closed at four, so they didn’t have time to fit me again, so I just requested the shoes that I had tried on previously that day. I also tried a pair of insoles, but they didn’t fit good and I had to pay for them anyway because the guy had to open them even though they were uncomfortable and just honestly a waste of money. The cashier said I didn’t have to buy them if I don’t like them but then the guy came up and said I had to. I feel like the fact that I had to buy them anyway is ridiculous and makes me feel like all they care about is a sale. I bought a different pair of shoes that I exchanged for the ones that I Scott sold earlier in the day. However, I went back in and I returned them simply just because the way that they were treating me there. I then went to REI and I bought a pair of shoes there and I’m glad I did because they’re better than the ones that I almost walked out with at Carl’s. The worker that fitted me kind of seemed like he was in a hurry to clock out, even when I went there earlier in the day around 1:30 PM. I just kind of felt rushed to buy a shoe.

Posting for my mom Dawn: Stacy was very informative and helpful. She answered all of my questions and got me into (2) great pairs of shoes. Been wearing them for a week now and I’m happy. Thanks!

Went to Carl’s shoes today to get my two year old girls fitted for sneakers. I usually buy all my kids shoes online but I decided to actually take them to get measured at a place that had a great reputation. What an amazing experience! I wish I knew the name of the woman who helped us but she was so knowledgeable, friendly, helpful but most of all so patient with my little ones!! Then, when we were leaving my mom asked could my 3.5 year old boys could get fitted even though we didn’t have an appointment for them and the staff were like absolutely. Four out of my five kids left with brand new shoes today that actually fit their feet correctly. She taught me so much about each one of their feet and how I can even appropriately apply shoes according to their foot type and how I will know if they do not fit. I learned so much! It was such a pleasant, wonderful experience! Not to add it was fun to go to a shoe place and get fitted just like I used to as a kid. Thank you Carl’s shoes for the positive experience today! I will definitely be back with all my kids! You are my new go to place!

In my case I just took my prescription with my diagnosis code and you have to go to the store physically in order to place your order. Give them a call before you go because they take orders on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday only from 10-3 according to the guy. Ask for Bob he is great
👍 yes they do...
Hi Saleh It takes 2 to 3 days
Hi Maria, Yes we do. Please call us at 856-235-6223.
Yes
I have no idea, but the last time I "tried" to return a shoe the manager nor employee wasn't pleased. They were rather pissed. So I guess that's the return policy.
I am not sure.
I do not know. You will have to contact the store.
