No. There is a location at the Colwick business center in Cherry hill you can physically apply if you don't want to do it online.
Price depends on how quickly you need it. Routine time is $110.00 if you need to expedite it add an additional 60.00. there is also processing and the photos which are only 10.00 at the county for a total of 45.00. the 45 and 110 are two separate payments. The passport needs a personal check or money order while the processing fee and photos can be paid for with a credit!debit card check or money order. You have to bring your birth certificate with your parents names as well as current ID like a driver's license into a county store where you will fill out a application DS-11. Check out travel.state.gov for any other questions you may have.
