My grandfather was just here and the doctor let him bleed from 5pm to 5am before they finally called 911. They lost his prescription glasses. Packed up his belongings and put soiled clothing in with clean clothing. Horrible experience. Would never use this place again.

Do not send anyone to this place, it’s horrible. You don’t get what you request, the food is pathetic, the staff in the kitchen can’t speak English or understand what you say. You can’t even get toilet paper when you have none. I don’t know where all these positive reviews on here came from but if you want the real reviews go to Yelp. If I had known they only received 1.5 stars I never would have let my mother go there. She had to wait 4 days before she received the local newspaper. Your parent or any relative that goes there will be miserable. If I could post pictures of the food I would but there’s no option to. The most important thing I forgot to add was that they tried to give my mother someone else’s medication, thank god she was alert because they could of killed her. Imagine if it was your parent and they weren’t alert enough to know that they were being given someone else’s pills. The same thing happened when my aunt was there for rehab, they tried to give her someone else’s medication. And they tried to say my mom’s memory was bad when it isn’t, she’s 88 years old and remembers everything. There’s so much more that went on but I think you can get the idea of how bad it is. Since this posting my mother has passed away and it’s just disgusting what she went through. I forgot to add that they also would not allow her out of her room and it being a “rehab” facility she left her room for 30 mins a day. She also requested adult coloring books and she never got them. I live in California and I was on the phone with the Director of Nursing and the administrator many times trying to get her taken care of properly and with dignity.

My Dad spent over a month at ProMedica Total Rehab in Moorestown. He had a great experience here from the caring staff to the delicious food and comfortable surroundings. Whenever a small problem arose I would speak to the director and it was taken care of immediately. They are really on top of things here. I highly recommend sending your loved one to ProMedica Total Rehab in Moorestown for a rehab stay.
