They don't have enough doctors. My doctor retired and they gave me a new doctor twice. Both of those doctors left, and then the PA left, and now you just get to see a nurse practitioner. I've always felt like I got really good care here, but it makes me a little nervous to not have a doctor. Maybe they'll get another doctor eventually, but it's been a couple years. I guess there's a doctor shortage, so maybe it's not their fault. Update: I met the new nurse practitioner and she was really great. I'm going to ask them what would happen if I get something serious wrong with me, would they let me see a real doctor then. If they say yes, then my rating goes back to 5 stars. Seeing a PA or FNP for routine stuff seems like it's fine, as long as there's an MD in the background that can be consulted.

The office is nice and clean and for the most part, staff is nice however, unless you started this practice years ago you can no longer see any Dr.. I have been REFUSED to be under the care of a Doctor at this office 3 times, and instead have to be under a Nurse Practitioner which doesn’t listen to my concerns and refuses to refer me to a specialist with my concerns. I spoke with the office manager Michael about being transferred under Dr. Hefner who is a great Dr, but Dr Hefner refused to take me on because he is no longer accepting new patients, yet he took in a mutual friend of mines husband because she is his patient of his. So, I guess it’s all in who you know! I think it’s a patients RIGHT if they request to be under the care of a Doctor and NOT a NP.. When you have some serious issues, that need to be addressed, it makes a big difference.

I'm not sure, but every single person I've met there since I've been going are very respectful, caring, and professional. They've saved my life. The only place to help me since 2007. I recommend them to everyone. I don't usually brag, but they all deserve a round of applause. Thank y'all so much for helping me get my blood pressure and life back in check, and goin beyond to check on me after hours. It means a lot. God bless you all.
I believe he moved to Winston Salem, but he may still be with Novant.
I don't know for sure but all you have to do is call and see.
I have been going there for 8 years and I have NEVER EVER seen that. They are professional and I literally trust them with my family's life.
