The nurses are all so rude. So far Kara, Alisha, and Doris have all copped an attitude with my mother. They have let my dad fall 6 times in the past week. Everytime we voice concerns they all but laugh in our faces and act as if they don't care. They're just there for a paycheck. This facility should be shut down. I wouldn't trust them with my pets much less my family. Once my dad is able to leave my loved ones will never again suffer through the negligence of this place.

I’ve had family members and family members of friends at Wilkes Health and Rehab. The care is exceptional. The staff is friendly, caring, and understanding. We couldn’t have asked for better. We appreciate ALL the hard work and dedication the staff here provides. If you’re looking for care for a loved one, go to Wilkes Health and Rehab. If you’re unsure, tour all the buildings in Wilkes and surrounding areas. It’ll be a no brainer. The facility is beautiful. No odors. So clean. The food is great. These people really care about their patients. 10/10 would recommend.
