Yes there are handicap units. It's best to fill out an application to get on the waiting list. It's not normally very long. Two units are empty now but not sure if someone is already in line for them
Yes, Pet's are allowed with a $ 250.00 deposit, if pet is a service animal - fee is waived, must provide legal documentations, & Drs. Report. Pet must be spayed or neutered and have all shots. Pet cannot be more than 18 inches tall.
1 bedroom $ 420. 2 bedroom $ 538 per month. 1 year lease. Must pass a background check and quarterly apartment inspections. Rent prices are the same no matter what your age is unless you qualify for HUD, then you will receive help on your monthly rental cost.
