they do anything for you, they just charge your monthly but get awful company for coverage, they say they are not responsible for the adjusters or who contacts you in case of an accident. No one has help me or contact me.

I signed up for some life insurance and I haven't received my policy or anything. I've made first payment and still no policy. It's been over a month. I refuse to pay anymore. Gonna find someone else . Please cancel.

Cut me off my insurance after almost 20 years of paying into it. I fell on hard times and got behind but they didn't care, they cancelled my insurance and all the money I paid into it is gone and I cannot get insurance anywhere else because of my age. Did not appreciate the lack of empathy and help when I tried to appeal! In these hard times it would be great if companies like this can be a little more understanding.

Really no time at all. When my Mom passed ,I called them they directed me to the policyholder 's I gave them the policy# they mailed the check. No more than a week it was at my house, ofcourse I'm in Oklahoma. But I'm sure within a week.
