This is probably one of the most unprofessional establishments I have visited in recent memory. Workers have no manners, attire is very unprofessional, dirty, and can't seem to keep their pants at their waste. One young lady working very hard while the rest smoke in the bay, sat around and waddle around. Never coming back.

Went to the location at 135th and State line in Kansas City, Mo last week to get an oil and filter change. Was greeted by a young man who told me it would be a few minutes since one of their exit doors was stuck. Waited 20 minutes and another guy, maybe the manager came ut and asked me if I had brought my own filter because they didn't have one for my car in stock. I of course didn't and had to leave. Because it is convenient, I tried again today. Everyone was in their stalls working and talking. No one came to greet me and to tell me if they had the filter now or how long it would be. I waited 7or 8 minutes and left when I wasn't acknowledged. I'll never go to Valvoline again, convenient or not

The staff was rude and extremely unprofessional. When I came in to use the bathroom I was asked why I was coming into the lobby. As I waited two techs came in to show me the filter and the oil topped off. The 2nd tech had his pants pulled down below his bottom so his underwear was fully exposed. I explained to the staff that this was extremely unprofessional and disgusting. The staff seemed inconvenienced to apply my coupon or address my concern about their professionalism. There was also food setting out on the counter where I was checking out. As I left, the tech had his pants down again. The staff refused to give me the tech's name and explained that I would have to ask directly. I got out of the car to ask and other staff blocked me from talking to him. I have never experienced such unprofessional and high-school type behavior at any place I've ever received an oil change. This was absolutely unacceptable behavior for a Valvoline and it misrepresents this company!
