Not that I know of. Pretty sure the majority of them are only open Mon-fri from 9am-5pm or there's a few that open at 8am & close at 4:30

If you purchased the vehicle from a dealer you have already paid for the permanent tag. You should receive it by mail before the temporary tag expires. If not then you should contact the dealer they might be holding it until you pick it up.
