Called Stanley Steemer to get my carpet cleaned, two young men showed up about 8:00, 8:30am. Zashawn and Micheal, introduced themself. Cheerful, polite, enthusiastic . Explain what was to be done. Gave their Salesman’s pitch. Cleaned my carpet better than any other employees who have been to my home ( in the past 21 years) to do the same job. Very pleased with their performance. Job well done.
