Great place. Look forward to the Liquor store, general store and restaurant that is soon opening.

Two large pools; one for adults and one for children and families. Needs landscaping to really make it resort-like. A snack bar/convenience store would be a huge addition as well. Ample parking and facilities make it a great place for residents. Golf carts are the main transportation, but the occasional car dot the landscape as well.

hours after closing ? in the event you do not return by the 5 or 6'oclock closing are you stuck on your vessel until it reopens or what are the options ?

Good Morning Bruce, In that event you would just tie up to the dock and we will pull your boat the following morning.

Is gas and ice down of coolers included in price of storage and amenities?
