Have been there three times to redeem the Padre strikeout promo only to be told they’re out of the toys. This has been for three months now. No rain check offered. False advertising? Are the Padres aware?

When I arrived I met with Maria, she was very friendly and professional and recommended buffing for my dogs nails. He looked amazing when I picked him up, his paws and claws looked great and he had a nice even haircut. I was able to get an appointment the next day and it only took about an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend this Petco groomer.

I went into this location at around 2 pm to purchase a fish, tetras, and waited roughly an hour to receive ANY customer service. Then, I was finally met by an older Caucasian woman who quickly told me that I was misinformed for asking for my desired fish. After about ten minutes of back and forth discussion about whether or not it would be appropriate to house my desired fish with the ones I already own, we both quickly became very frustrated, and any attempts to diffuse the situation did not work. I struggle with a cardiovascular disorder and quickly felt myself becoming overwhelmed. To not sound dramatic, I genuinely, in that moment, feared for my life. But the argument only continued. I was appalled by her disgusting language and accusations regarding the fish I was trying to buy. She then asks me, I kid you not, and I quote, "What size tank do you have?" she asked me. I said, "a 50 gallon tank." And she looks me up and down with a scowl and tells me, "YOU look like a 50 gallon tank." I was absolutely appalled. I have never experienced such terrible customer service from PetCo before. Please assess this issue with your staff. I will NOT be returning ever again.
