I am giving 5 stars because of a very good customer service Sylvia has shown us. We were first time buyers and have never sewed at all. She was very patient and understanding and even went through each machines so we can determine which best suits us. Her recommendation is very helpful. We ended up buying a Baby Lock Accord. We are excited!

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. Wall to wall sewing machines, although most were embroidery machine. They had a few large format machines that could embroider a king size comforter. They didn't have industrial overlock needles that I came for in stock. I didn't get any prices on the equipment they were selling and my fear is are all very expensive.

My understanding is repairs are in-store only. There is special parking by the front entrance to drop your machine off. They also have carts to bring your machine from the car and if you need help they'll assist with getting your machine to and from your car. Super nice helpful staff.
Yes they do stock the June Tailor spray on
They have lots of different types of sewing classes I have thoroughly enjoyed everyone I've taken. I've also learned new techniques at each class.
