My understanding is repairs are in-store only. There is special parking by the front entrance to drop your machine off. They also have carts to bring your machine from the car and if you need help they'll assist with getting your machine to and from your car. Super nice helpful staff.
Not sure. I know the repair staff isn't full time, maybe at the store one day a week. Perhaps they are doing house calls the rest of the time.
