Great 1st experience however I'm retracting my previous 5 star rating after today's poor service. I had an appointment which I was afraid I could miss and called to reschedule. No availability with my stylist which I can understand on a Saturday so I told Logan don't change anything I'll call back in 5mins to cancel if I have to. I arrived precisely on time but he had already canceled my appointment without my approval and rebooked. After a long morning of family stuff I was worn out and not pleased. Strongly reconsidering my membership and trying out The Gents Place. I need better service considering what they charge for a haircut membership. Maybe S&S has better front desk staff during the week

Odd that has never been our experience there but we nearly always had bad luck at great clips. Maybe you had a new stylist?
From my experience going there, its always been around $30-$40.
