Been meaning to write this review for years. We have almost exclusively dealt with Missy at the Olathe location. I do not say this lightly when I say that she is the absolute most exceptional person we have ever dealt with in business. Missy is outstanding and TRULY goes the extra mile to take care of her clients. We have bothered her on a regular basis for our needs for over 6 years now and she always gives 150%

I love Community America, but this location's ATM is never working . I work until after the bank closes and when I need to deposit money , it never takes cash only checks. Last time the ATM was rebooting as well. I always give it the benefit of the doubt that the ATM will work, so I make the drive, only to find out I can't use it. Now I'm driving all the way to K7 .

ATM was out of Service yesterday (6/10/22), went to hyvee to use my visa debt card. Cause I had multiple debts, my card got a hold on. Called fraud to tell them that it was me using my card but to be on hold for over hour to get no one. Went in to location to see if I can get problem fixed. Spent an a good hour and got ping pongs between 2 people. They refused to help. Went to anther location and got problems fixed, in and out of the other location in 30 minutes. I get it that Saturday

Hi Irene. Our Olathe Branch lobby is open from 9:00am-1:00pm every Saturday, with the drive through opening at 8:00am!

They hold $50 as your buy in, I believe, but you get it back when you close your account, and you regularly receive profit payouts etc.
