From my understanding that they told me and everyone else who is an Olathe resident has unlimited drop offs. False. Absolutely one of the most disgusting customer service I’ve ever encountered. The front gate has made multiple attempts to try to get my personal information every time I arrive and seems to have there favorites here at this facility. All I can say is I hope they get these issues resolved. I will be letting others know of there unprofessional demeanors and how they treat people who come in.

Olathe residents can get free compost or mulch. They can also leave yard waste or tree limbs.

You have to load it by hand, by providing a free service no one would expect the employees there to load it. As well, there is no fee you can pay to have them load it and it is also a liability if they put too much in and it damages your car so they just don't do it. Understandable.

Bring your driver's license and if your license does not show an Olathe address, bring other proof of residency. Then drop off your plants or pick up your compost. It's free.
