These guys are amazing. I needed a custom fab hitch on the back of my RV. I sent pictures to a different trailer service company who quoted me at over $2000. I brought the RV to Croft, and they quoted me at $500. Best part, is that when all was said and done, the total cost was only $160. $160!!! When I originally thought I was going to have to pay $2000+! This was a few months ago, and my hitch has been sturdy and great for what I need. This is how you do business! Under-promise and over-deliver. Thank you Croft!!

So just a year and a half or so ago I had Croft install a hitch on my wife’s mini van. She calls me from work today and tells me wires re sticking out of her back wheel .I told her not to drive anywhere and I drive to her work to investigate. I find the wiring harness that Croft installed, Dangling down and wires disconnected and wrapping around her back wheel. Very dangerous, could have ripped out brake lines. I found they had just jammed the junction box up underneath the bumper, instead of using the mounting hole (provided )on the junction box and then securing it properly. The wire had rotted out and come loose . I was very nice and called to explain what happened thinking they would say yes bring it in TODAY and we will fit you in and fix it. However to my surprise they refused to warranty the work or take any responsibility and told me it would be $115 an hour and couldn’t work on it for 2 weeks. The manager told me that they have things ROT out all the time and it just is what it is because it’s under the car. I’ve had at least 10 vehicles with trailer hitches and never had this issue. I’ve used them for years and never had a problem. Very disappointed

Amazing selection for all things trailer related! A big plus for me was the nice waiting area. I could work for the couple of hours they were working on my vehicle. The staff was very knowledgeable, and the guy who ran the service shop came out and kept me posted on the progress of the wiring kit being installed for a trailer hitch. I’d definitely come back here for any trailer needs that I have in the future.

Zero stars isn't an option or that's what we'd leave. Totally screwed us over. We drove 3 hours for our scheduled appointment only to have them call us & cancel 15 minutes prior. We are supposed to pick up our new camper tomorrow & their answer was to sell us the hitch and wish us luck trying to get it installed since they cancelled our appointment. They did not make any attempt to rectify the situation. Worst service ever - will go out of our way to never do business here.
