Stayed two nights, March 12 and 13, 2022. The facility is run as an Airbnb from my experience. Keypad entrance locks and keypad room locks. That is fine but help me out with a code of conduct sheet. Tell me who to call for help or where is the ice machine? If you do not have an ice machine, don't set out ice buckets. You are literally on your own to stay in a 170 year old building. One roll of toilet paper. Please tell me where I can find an additional roll if needed. Poor housekeeping. I am 66 years old and have travelled everywhere, this was the strangest stay I have ever encountered. Obviously I have a lot of patience to put up with this over two nights, but I kept hoping it would get better, thank God I spent a majority of my time away. Very Disappointed.

Not very impressed. It very much has a bed and breakfast feel on their website but, after a more careful search, the breakfast is no longer included. The walls are paper thin. I recognize the attempt at keeping the original style but everything still seems outdated and in need of renovation. The experience did not fit with my expectation for what I should receive for $180. If breakfast had been included my review would probably be more generous.

The dining hall was most charming and the buffet was so delicious. I would recommend to the owners to update all blinds as some were broken, and power wash all windows to make the room more inviting. Overall fun to be in the oldest hotel. Loved the antiques.

Wonderful host and amazing view, perfect spot downtown. The host gave us a handmade map of the area for things we can visit and enjoy next time we're down and we did go to one of the parks they recommended and it was absolutely gorgeous! The breakfast was amazing as well, I loved the monkey bread (my favorite, not too sweet). The only thing I didn't like was the quality of the bed, super rough sleep after hiking 5 different State parks, I should have been out cold!

I don't think the Anderson house has a restaurant.
There is no swimming pool or public hot tub. However, several suites in the hotel have private hot tubs.
