Not clean. Mold in the shower. Stain on the bedspread. Stain on the curtain. When using Google nav it came up showing free breakfast-certainly wasn’t much to it. Had a rating of 4.2 but I can’t figure out how that could be. Do not recommend at all.

It's a pretty clean establishment, for the most part. I had a room on the 2nd floor and the elevator took nearly 6 min to arrive for transport! The man behind the front desk was....I guess....friendly, but if I were to remove my brains built in filter, lazy would be the word I'd use. 😒 However the Hotel's rooms do come with a mini fridge, a microwave, and an ironing board/iron. Which in my eyes are all "on par" features. And it does have an indoor swimming pool, in which, if I were to decide to go for a casual swim, I'm ~sure~ would've been an awesome experience! Uhh but I didn't....lol

Day time staff and housekeeping is friendly and personable!! But Night Audit lady has alwayd been rude when I've stayed. I have a service dog, she is a black lab and German Shepard and is a very sweet dog. Everytime I come in through the front door there she is sitting in the same chair yelling " OH my God get that dog away from me"! That's very rude!!! If she don't like dogs or is that scared then maybe she shouldn't be sitting by the front door and or maybe not working at a PET FRIENDLY HOTEL!

Positive: Overall we were very pleased with our spacious double queen room. We like the large counter with sink outside the separate toilet/shower area. The heating unit worked sufficiently and quietly. Clean room. Nice city murals above comfortable beds. Negative: The beds were low even for our short family. Staff was pleasant, but not overly friendly at first. No issues, though.
