I took my almost brand new weed eater I bought from them recently. It was making a knocking sound. When I called, they said since I’d bought it there and it was so new, they’d check it for free. I didn’t bother to put more string in it. They called and left me a message that they could find nothing wrong. They message asked if I wanted them to put string in it. I didn’t get the message until just before they closed, so I popped over to grab it for the weekend. Great! Right? Well, since I didn’t put string in it, they did it for me…without me telling them to- for $1.75 plus a service fee… for putting sting in the weed eater. $23. The service is awesome. They know their stuff and they can repair just about anything, or they will honestly tell you it’s not worth it. I do believe them to be an honest business (and I’ve used their service and buy my equipment from them), but this really rubbed me the wrong way. I know better now, but I just paid $23 for 6 feet of weed trimmer line… when the check was supposed to be free.

I am so glad that Popp's was recommended to me as a great place to have a lawnmower serviced. The customer service and repairs were well beyond my expectations. Paul is fantastic to work with, and Uri did such a good job on repairs that I barley recognized my mower. It seems like it works better than when I first bought it! The pricing is very reasonable and the customer service is beyond my expectations. Thanks Popp's!

Dropped off my weed eater for a fuel bulb and quick service. They actually called me back before I left town the same day. Took it home and got to work. A+

We will perform service on those machines, but we do not sell them. We sell the Toro line.
If the machine is under warranty and it is a manufacturer defect we gladly repair it under warranty. Sometimes we have to call the manufacturer and get special permission to cover the warranty if the repair is questionable. I hope this answers your question. Thank you for your business and let us know if we can be of more help.
