These folks used to be a pleasure to work with. Now with the NEW IMPROVED system we have not been able to talk with anyone here when we call in. We have spent hours on hold. We paid our IRP renewal fees and submitted documents as well as we could and still are running on cab cards that have been expired 40 days! PLEASE HELP

Called to get help with filing IFTA on new system. Already been on hold for an hour. I can't get any answers from the credential system. It was just fine before they changed it to the new "easy to understand system". Now it's so confusing for a simpleton like myself

If you wish to transfer apportioned license plates, give us a call at 1-866-831-6277 and choose the IFTA/IRP option to speak to an agent. If you wish to transfer any other type of license plate, please contact the Missouri Department of Revenue.

You only need to register in one state. If it's a class 8 truck you will need Missouri For inspection and fuel tax stickers
All International Registration Plan (apportioned plate) registrations are for a year-long period. The period of registration depends on the calendar quarter in which a carrier first registers. If early in the year, the plate expires March 31 of the following year, for example. Our registration periods end on March 31, June 30, Sept. 30 and December 31.
