I had put a complaint against our landlord because she wasn't fixing anything we had water gushing underneath the pipes she wouldn't allow us to fix it and take it off the rent because if she said if we would have got a plumber we still had to pay for rent and not take it off the rent she never fits the floors floors got holes on them we have to watch where we walk in the house again she won't let us fix it plus she blamed us for the water being so high whenever she never fits the water leak whenever we had busted pipes back in February of 2021 with the freeze that we had so the complaint I had to landlord it was denied because the attorney general workers name Stefan Boeckman and pretty much everyone there is for the landlord not the tenants so they should throw out the protecting tenants law and say we are the tenants!!! Nope this place is useless for me!!! Don't trust these people they are state glorified jokes!!!

I filed a complaint over a month ago. I did get a letter confirming my complaint, but nothing else. I've tried calling and the phone just rings.
