Called first thing this morning only to be told that despite this being an urgent care, it’s by appt only. I get online to make an appt and they’ve switched their system and didn’t transfer files so the only way to get an account is to go into a cap region location. But you can not just go in an urgent care now? Also the lady answering phones was really rude despite me being very friendly. At least they showed their colors BEFORE I went in very sick.

Over all a well put together operation for a urgent care. I mean you wait anywhere you go. The wait time is average and the staff is nice. They go in and get straight to the point, why not go!!
