The experience living here is going to vary depending on your neighbors, especially as a lower unit. Noise was excessive for us all day and all night, and our apartment always smelled like pot because the air vents are connected. Infested with brown recluse spiders. We were told the plumbing was new, but it was never replaced or repaired. Sewage would back up into both of the newly renovated buildings. Very poor office management and communication.

My boyfriend & I had to move from a 4 bedroom house. At first we were not too happy about it but we've ended loving the place. I'm SO much happier here. And the day I told the office there may be a problem (which I was wrong about, the problem was my lack of knowledge) they were down to check on it. Thank you Sarah, Terri, & the rest the crew!

Please do yourself a favor and never rent here, at least under the current owners. We heard about several apartments having roach issues, maintenance work never being completed, and the corporate office doesn’t care about anything but money. The staff was always friendly but they are in a bad situation. I really hope someone starts to care about this place.

Building under new management. They have had their new maintenance guy out and fixing people's AC. Giving new management 5 stars.
