Positive: The staff are friendly and accommodating. They are very nice. The location is convenient to the highway, gas stations, and McDonald¿s. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Nice big mini fridge and microwave in the room. Negative: This property needs a lot of work. The room was dirty. There were ants and cobwebs. The faucet & shower-head needed to be repaired or replaced. The room smelled a bit damp. The new owners are clearly trying to improve the property but have a ways to go.

Paul was very friendly setting up our room. The room was clean and cute. We visited 2 weeks after a new family purchased the building. There were many minor updates required, like a new coffee pot. The room was quiet and comfortable and provided those amenities a traveller needs, for the most part. I won't mind visiting again. I wish for this family to have great success on their new venture!

Price was good so I booked a room. I get to my room and I can smell clearly the bed sheets had not been changed and there was hair also in the bed. I go back and tell the girl at front desk and she put me in another room. Mold all over the ceiling, coffee pot had not been cleaned, door would not lock properly. The bed was hard as well. On top of that the indoor pool was closed. I do NOT recommend staying here at all.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to family and that it has an indoor pool. Imagine our surprise, when we checked in, to discover that the owner closed the pool "for the season". For what season? Indoor pools are indoors so you can enjoy them year round. Also, the curtains were in such disrepair that people could see in from the outside. The TV remote could only turn the TV on and off and raise and lower the volume. It could not change the channel. The on duty staff were all great. They did jury rig the curtain. But, they weren't able to find/program a remote to control the TV.
