I wish they would maintain their machines better especially the dryers bc half of them don't work and u have to put money in to see which ones do and done before u put all ur money in them. I'm glad the big washers always seem to work. And unfortunately it's the only laundry mat in town. 🤬

This place is a joke, and didn't even want to give it a 1 star rating but had to put something. I went in there a month ago to do laundry, 3 of the machines were broke with no signs on them stating that. I only realized after I had loaded them, put money, and detergent in them. Had the same issues with several dryers. I asked the kid that was in there cleaning up who I needed to talk to and he told me to fill out a form next door at subway and the owner would call me. Well needless to say that still hasn't happened and when you call back up to subway you get the run around and never given a number to talk to anyone that can help, they say they will pass along a message and they'll call me. Which again a month later still hasn't happened. I shouldn't be out $20.00 bucks because their machines are broke and they couldn't be bothered to put a sign up stating that. Keep in mind I only had 2 loads, so $20 dollars is alot to be out for that little. That's basically stealing from people since they won't even refund your money. So my advice go anywhere but here even if you have to drive a bit further, just save yourself the heartache. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
