TitleMax only take a vehicle only due to non payments. When a vehicle is seized, it belongs to them to do whatever they please. That is why TitleMax has the customer sign aggreements and contracts. Also the vehicle is appraised to give an estimate of what loan the customer is approved for. Best amswer I can give is make sure to make the payments and you don't have to find out.
