Carmax offered to replace the battery of my 2017 Equinox as a condition of sale. I received a call when the battery was available and said I could come in the next day for a replacement. When I arrived I was greeted by very friendly staff. After the battery was replaced in about 40 minutes a staff member notified me and escorted me to my car and supplied me with a copy of the work order and his business card. He instructed me to call him if I had any problems. I have been to many dealership service departments and Car Max Augusta is one of the best. A very clean facility and comfortable waiting area. Free coffee and vending machines available. Great place to buy a car as well!
