The staff are ok. Despite the fact that they sat on my refund check for over a month. My biggest issue is the predatory loan system. Their financing company, Bridgecrest, will charge you nearly 155% to lend you the money necessary for your deal. Then the car is added back to it. In total, you’re paying nearly 300% of what the price on the website is. Not to mention my check engine light on the vehicle I bought came on in less than 48hours. I mean I get it, these guys handle subprime lenders with a greater chance of risk or default, but 300%?! You’re killing people. But at least the process is quick and easy 🫠.

You can go online at their site and see if you can get preapproved. It's not just based on credit score mine was only 590 , but they take into consideration how much you make.
