I did alot of research between the EW36 and the Pride Raptor scooter. The Pride Raptor scooter is the one I chose and purchased. I can see alot of thought went into the engineering of the Raptor scooter. It is well built and a safe scooter. I purchased mine through Scooter Direct and the process was smooth as silk. This ia an amazing company! The representative was on point and extremely helpful. I have picked a different scooter and the Rep called me to advised it was out of stock well after talking with him he help me realize I may be picking the wrong scooter. He help me pick the one that would fit my needs the best. I got a Pride Revo. But since I was financing the scooter and had already placed the order already with the finance company there were issue with the "return" of the first scooter and buying the second one. (Nothing to do with Scooter Direct )this caused a delay in getting the scooter I wanted ordered. My reason for telling this is if you are going to finance your scooter make sure you get the one you want the first time. But back to Scooter Direct, Once we got the correct scooter ordered I had my new scooter with in three days!! Once again, I will be a loyal customer to Scooter direct!! Please call them if you are think about buying a scooter. It came with a front basket, rear basket , cup holder and because I was having so much trouble with the finance company the representative threw in a cover for it. Talk about Customer Service Scooter Direct know the meaning of those words.
