Thank you for your question! We are always taking applications. However, hiring new caregivers is based on client services needed. When we have new clients, and all currently employed caregivers are placed, we will begin hiring again. This fluctuates all the time. So, we always accept applications so when new caregivers are needed, we start with the applications already on file for interviews. Hope this helps!
Thank you for your question! Our caregivers do their best to prevent the patients from falling, however, accidents do happen. A caregiver may or may not be able to assist after a fall- it would depend on the limitations of the patient and whether or not they were injured during the fall. They would have a procedure to follow as far as who to call for assistance. Hope that helps!
