My 1st Tiffany purchase! The store was very nice & the associate Lisa, that helped us was awesome! She didn't rush us, showed us numerous pieces and even took pictures of us. We purchased my 1st bracelet & I love it! Looking forward to our next visit. If you visit this location, ask for Lisa!

The sales associates I worked with have been courteous and helpful. However, the employee in client services lied about customizing an item. On the Tiffany & Co. website, it allows you to order the item I purchased with the customization I wanted. The employee said that it was not available. I asked her to look at the website, and she went to the back room and pretended to check before coming back to tell me it's not available again. I gave in and had it customized the only way she said was available, which was more expensive than the other way I wanted. I simply liked the look of the less expensive customization better. The manager of the location apologized and said he would coach the employees concerning this issue. When I returned to the store to pick up the item, the client services employee apologized for the confusion, but said I simply misunderstood her in saying the customization I got was what she recommended. This was another lie to attempt to cover up her previous lie. This was a very unfortunate experience and I'm disappointed that Tiffany & Co. was represented in this way.

TERRIBLE QUALITY, specially when it comes about watches!! The watches in Tiffany just last three years, so they give just 2 years warranty and if you want your watch working again, they charge you a very expensive amount to fix. Tiffany do not honor the quality of their products.
