I visited this facility on a Saturday, with my HUGE stroller, tons of baby things, including a small feeding chair etc and a box full of other things to ship back home. I was prepared to be extra nice, and hoping that the worker there would be helpful, as it's already STRESSFUL working on the road with my 7 month old and husband and always needing to ship/buy stuff... Katherine, not ONLY did not disappoint, but I want to stay in touch with her, she was SO GREAT!!! She helped me to get everything shipped and packed in a way that left me confident my baby's things would arrive safely and no one could tamper with it. She really made my day so bright, with her helpfulness and great customer service!!!! THANK YOU KATHERINE!!!

Stopped in today to drop off a sweater my husband knitted for his mother in London. The young woman behind the counter wasted 30 minutes of our time because she said the computer would not accept the "Zip Code" we provided. Despite telling her my husband grew up at the address for which we gave the postal code, she suggested we "google it" and kept telling us we were wrong. When she showed me the screen, I immediately saw she was selecting Switzerland as the country for London, although it said GB (Great Britain) right on the label. Frustrated, I said, "LONDON is not in SWITZERLAND! Where did you go to SCHOOL???" She accused me of bring rude, pushed the package back and said we needed to take it somewhere else because she wasn't going to do it. I may have used profanity at that point. Very VERY disappointed. Get mad at the customer who did everything correctly because YOU are ignorant. Took it to the main FedEx terminal, and they shipped it, no problem. You need to discipline your workers. It wasn't even busy; there were maybe 5 other people (behind each of which we had to wait after we stepped aside to verify the information repeatedly) in and out the whole 30+ minutes we were there.

Apparently this location just randomly decides to close on a whim on occasion. This is the 2nd instance I have had this happen. Drove across town to get there to a sign on the door saying they closed at 6 today (instead of 8), AFTER choosing this location as the drop off store online with no prompt of them being closed. I then called the other location to make sure they would be open and when mentioning the downtown one being closed early, I was told that the downtown location just "decides their own hours sometimes." I then had to drive further across town to the open location. Suuuuuper convenient and fun to run all over town at the end of the workday instead of quickly dropping off the package at the spot I
