Ordered live lobsters from Maine, original delivery by 12:00 Priority Overnight but they changed that to “sometime before the end of day”, they have been in town riding on a truck since 8:00 am. I need to drive 5 hour and cook the for a party but if they don’t make it by 2:00 is a no go and they will probably all be dead and not be able to be cooked. Can’t talk to a human at FedEx. I’m very disappointed!

Ordered a triple bunk bed online and live on the third floor. Driver just left half of the order leaning against the building on the first floor/parking lot, that was the first day. The second day he did the same thing, never even notifying me that it was "delivered". Worst delivery service possible.

Had live animals shipped to me and the driver got my delivery wrong, so now I have to wait to pick them up until evening. Possibility of them dying and losing money because their drivers are incompetent.
