Really frustrated at the hours. Only open till 6pm. This is not alte enough for most people to be able to run this errand when the work day is normal 8-5 or 5:30 Fedex is open till 7 and that's perfect. Until hours go back to what they used to be I'll probably have to go to FedEx.

Guy at the Williamsburg location working the counter was rude and not able to process a pre label box. I went to 70th and Van Dorn location and lady took care of me and was very nice.
