First time of my experience, bought my fiancé's car for service because this is where he usually bring it in. The service went well, however, I'm NOT happy that the gentleman named bryan, who was servicing my vehicle did not properly perform the issue that I had reported to the representative, Fred. It was regarding my trunk latch, how it would show a warning notification that my trunk door was not close, although the trunk is securely shut whenever I shut the trunk door. I literally had to pay extra "recommendation" service for the technician to "double" check the problem and to ensure that I wasn't going crazy over a latch that I've been having issue for a while. I mean, it doesn't take a person very long to just simply open the trunk and close the trunk to test out the issue. As a customer to another customer make sure to double check their work or least continue push that specfic issue to them, so they can actually do the work. My suggestion to the dealership, if it is short on staff, PLEASE hire more personal who ACTUALLY care about their job or the service they provide to customers. Thank You.

I had an awful experience with Morristown Mini...they are the worst!
I, too, was impressed with the help we received from a Morristown Mini salesman. I would definitely buy from them if they have what I'm looking for the next time in in the market for a Mini.
