I wish I had taken proper before and after photos of my Louboutins before sending them in. Everything about the experience from the communication to the turnaround time and shipping was excellent. I was nervous about sending my shoes halfway across the country for repairs, but I’m glad that I did. They look good as new, and I’m really pleased with the red rubber sole they added. No more slipping! The work was beautifully done. I’m really happy, and will definitely use their services again in the future.

How to give Tony and crew 50000000000 stars? They are simply the best at fixing luxury goods. Extremely, affordable pricing, fair, honest, kind, efficient and very, very nice humans. If only they were Vets, Dentists, an insurance company or lawyers this planet would be a much better place... By the way when NM seals your redbottoms this is where they are sent for $50 vs $150! Chicks send stuff from all over the world to Tony. Rock-Stars!

They will put a red thin sole instead of paint that will wear off again. The sole stays red as it wears. They can do almost everything there
Bring them in to Rago and let one of the shoemakers look them over. If they aren't able to repair them properly they will tell you and won't take your money.
This is the only place to go I almost don't go anywhere else!

They clean and try to do the best of their abilities depends how bad oil/ dirt is embedded in the boot overall they do and outstanding job!! I recommend this place especially for ugg boots and timberland suede boots

Rago Brothers can fix most everything. It depends on what is wrong.
We had a leather Gucci and the ink wasn't able to removed but call them they can answer that for you
