So I had a job last year in the Central Scheduling Dept at 475 South Street which I got through Medix staffing. It lasted from April until the end of June of 2021. Dennis Robbins and Victoria were the managers at the time. My working experience with the Central Scheduling Dept was HORRIBLE. For someone who came from an employment agency I felt management was very unprofessional, uncaring, and inappropriate. They should have been on their best behavior, especially for employees who were thinking about embarking on a career with Atlantic Health. For every little thing I was called into the manager's office, disrupting my work every time this happened. Also I had to call out the day after I found out my only sister told me she had cancer as I was too distraught to work and I was actually written up for that. Dennis had the nerve to tell me I was always in the restroom and demanded to know why I had to use the restroom so much. Highly inappropriate for a man to ask a woman these kind of questions. Dennis lied on me and told my recruiter I took a 2 hour lunch break, which was a lie. I was relieved when my assignment with Atlantic Health was over. I do not wish to be employed with managers who clearly do not care about their employees. Maybe Dennis and Victoria should take a course on how to express empathy when employees and temp employees suffer through crisis unexpectedly.
