I just have to leave this review here, I am getting married tomorrow 9/4 and I had my dress picked up from the I do I do alterations department on Tuesday 8/30. I opened my dress to find my buttons on the back not secured properly and 5 of them fell off and one of my clear straps melted. I called I do I do this morning letting them know of the situation and what to do about it. I got a call back from Lea the owner who drove an hour up to my house to personally fix my dress for my wedding tomorrow. I 10/10 recommend I do I do, the best customer service possible.

I has the best time finding my dress ! Thanks to my consultant Michele , she was absolutely amazing. Showing her a few pictures and she absolutely nailed it. They have the best selection of dresses and my family and I drove over 2 hours just to come here. I found the one and I can’t wait to say I DO !

I had such an awesome experience at I do… I do… specifically with Nicole! She was patient, kind, and honest. I often asked for her opinion because I trusted her so much!! I went to three separate appointments before I finally found my dress- and during each appointment, Nicole was determined to find me something I would love. After meeting her during my first appointment, I knew I wanted to buy my dress at this store. Thanks again for everything💕 I’m so grateful and appreciative !! Can’t wait for my dress to come in and for my fittings !!!
