not recommended dealer, the brand-new car I bought it was needing a repair from the pickup day, the service dept. ignoring the request to look for the car, they want me to pay for repaired car under warranty, this dealer ship untrust worthy, unprofessional, False statements, they sale me a car new with issue they can’t even want fixed. THIS IS NEW CAR I DONT KNOW HOW WILL BE IF USED!!

2022 Update After having purchased a Camry in 2009, a Highlander in 2015, and the 2016 Avalon mentioned below to replace the Camry, we went back to Toyota of Morristown as we were in need of a 3rd vehicle for the household. Rob Colon guided us toward the right type of Toyota RAV4 to meet our needs, and helped secure one that was out on a dock and yet to make it through customs. He kept us up to date on delivery, and also helped coordinate with Eric in finance, who hooked us up with a fantastic rate. Rob and Eric were both professional, helpful, and honest, so we drove away happy. I fully expect to reach back out in a few years to the folks at Toyota of Morristown when we're ready to look at replacing one of the other two vehicles in the house.
