I am so thankful for TJ's help. I wish I know about D&L earlier. I purchased a part online and it wasn't what I needed. TJ was able to make sure I got the right part and helped me to find alternate tubing I could use for my water filter which saved me a chunk of time and money.

This place is great and the people working there are amazing! Suuuuper nice and friendly! But even more important than that is how helpful they are! They had a part that another place said they couldn’t get for over 4 weeks. And they were willing to talk it out with me and my cousin on the phone to make sure we were getting the right part for my air conditioning. I’m so glad I found this place!

I’ve used this company several times for DIY appliance repair. The staff is so knowledgeable and fair! I assumed I had to buy something else but the staff guided me to pinpoint the the issue and saved me several dollars. What I thought I needed to buy would have been $70 but ended up only spending $7. Hello Melissa, I need to take the epa certification exam with you.
Yes, we do offer that test at our Charlotte, Freedom Drive location. We offer it in both English and Spanish. There is a study guide. The English version in $89.95 + tax and the Spanish version is $118.95 + tax. This amount includes the test for whenever you would like to take it. All we ask is for a couple days notice so we can have everything ready for you to take the test. I hope this helps Eugenio!
