False advertising - rude, lazy staff. We called to confirm they buy on Saturdays after coming on a Sunday and they had a hand written sign on the door stating they don’t sell Sundays (which is not as advertised on their website). They confirmed they buy up until an hour before close on Saturday which agrees with the website. We show up midday, no where near close - stopped at the door and we’re told to leave because they’re done buying, again not as advertised on the website. Not sure how the manager has a job if corporate knew they make up their own rules here. Go elsewhere, waste of time.

I went in a few months ago with my fiancé and the woman working following me down every aisle and kept asking me if I needed any help I have bad social anxiety and repeatedly, told her that I was fine and wasn’t looking for anything specific after a few more minutes of her following me I went and found my fiancé and told him I was uncomfortable and wanted to leave it was only when I was leaving that I realized that she thought I was going to steal something or already had mine you my purse was hardly big enough to fit a phone and I was wearing a dress with no pockets so I’m not sure we’re I would have hid anything but I won’t be going back

Super easy selling experience. I just wish they were more realistic about the wait time. I was told an hour and a half then I called to check on an update at the two hour mark and then they said "should be ready in about 10 minutes"... 30 minutes later still wasn't ready... I had to leave to go pick my kid up from school. An hour after "10 more minutes" I finally got the text saying it was ready. Had to pick my kid up first, then head back. I live 30 minutes away so I wish I didn't waste my day finding random things to do in the city and could've just went home since I had to pick my kid up first anyways. I would have been perfectly fine had they have just said the wait was going to be 3-4 hours. I'm not upset about the wait time, just that it was longer than told and couldn't plan accordingly. Not sure if the price per item was a good deal or not because I did not get an itemized receipt (which I asked for but the guy said they didn't do that anymore). I also don't know how many items they took so I can't even do a rough average either. But they took almost all my clothes and I got WAAYY more than I was expecting. Obviously at a place like this you aren't going to get top dollar or even close probably.. but if you're just trying to get rid of stuff and make a quick buck, definitely take your stuff in.

Well, I didn't interact with the staff because when I saw the prices, I didn't think that Cheapskate was very accurate. Yes, the prices are less than retail and most consignment shops, but if you have time and patience, the GW or SA are better bets. The same Banana Republic silk skirt that I purchased at the GW, was triple the price. So, it has a place but only if you like thrift shops but don't have the time to go through the racks and find your personal jems

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

They require masks and ask for you to social distance. Great store.

So what is the price range at this place for you know like regular nice conservative outfits to jeans to purses just give me a high and low number

That would be a very broad answer. Depending on what the person is calling "nice" or the particular style or trends one follows, those are the variables. So for myself, I look for a branded jeans (not sure if I can use the name) that would normally cost 110 to 165 dollars, typically i can find these type jeans , gently used, for twenty to fourty five dollars. Shirts i am not as particular, but I find shirts reasonably priced, again depending on brand marks and names, for fifteen to thirty five dollars. So I hope this helped you in some way. I do apologize if this didn't help at all.
