By far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. My kids and I were at the pool while swimming guest were letting their friends in through the back gate. Our items were on a table they threw our items on the wet floor phones included when brought to the front desk attention they brushed me off as if it’s a normal thing that happens at this hotel. Will never book at this location again

I can see this is a refurbished hotel. I chose this over Home2 because of the pictures. The lobby looked new but the elevators and rooms were average. In parts of the room there were rusts. The AC in the bedroom didn't work. I chose a room and didn't realize that the bathroom was situated outside of the bedroom across the living room. Not nice in there at all...plus carpet was old.

The staff was the friendliest bunch of people I have ever experienced at a hotel. The room was clean and gorgeous. On-site food was a plus. Will definitely stay at this location again.

Every single staff member was so hospitable and friendly. Our rooms was spacious and clean, large enough to accommodate our family of 6! This was perfect for our one night stop on our way back to Texas. Would have stayed longer if we could have.
