The hotel was clean. The room was bigger than what we were expecting. They actually had a heated pool, which was an added bonus to us. They served cookies by the service desk along with the coffee for their guests. Very nice touch. Accepted pets. Very conveniently located to get food, gas and back on the highway. The only downfall for me personally was , the bed wasn't as comfortable as it could have been. Overall excellent.

First the good. The staff are nice. Breakfast had variety and was really good. The bad. The lobby smells like cigarettes. The room smelled like a foot. The room was not very clean. There were make up stains on the sheets. The curtains do not shut completely. The hotel room faces another hotel which was an issue. I ended up rigging the window. We left really early.

Bring your own pillows and your wallet! They have the softest pillows in the known world so soft they are not comfortable. They are a little steep on the price but it is worth it. The rooms are always clean and the pool is always clean and the perfect temperature year round. They serve a full breakfast biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes the whole nine yards. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. I have stayed there multiple time and it is always a great experience.

Upon arrival, the lady at the service desk was welcoming, polite and professional. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We couldn't get the tv to turn on, called the front desk and the maintenance guy came up promptly to remedy the problem. The pool was nice and the hot tub was decent, however the jets could have had more pressure. Breakfast was great. There are so many choices and it was all very fresh and tasty. I will Definitely stay here again, when back in Charleston.
