Would give negative stars if possible on everything with the exception of the staff....Rooms were absolutely disgusting, had not been cleaned in a very long time. We looked in the room and immediately left. The exception was the staff, staff was extremely nice and very helpful.... unfortunately the rooms were absolutely disturbing, there was hair, dirt, holes on the beds and blankets.... dirt and stains on the walls and counter tops... smelled like rotting and meldew. Whoever runs the hotel should be ashamed along with Wyndham for attaching their name to this.

This is a nice hotel. We were traveling with a small dog so there was a lot of extra paperwork that slowed the check in process. Parking was free but you have to check in early before the parking lot fills up. There was a free breakfast with fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, orange juice and coffee as well as cereals and hot chocolate.

A bit hard to find, as it's behind another building. CLEAN, and they have a great breakfast. Beds are comfortable, rooms are equipped with the basics. Worth the price, time to find, and fairly close to Shopping & Restaurants. McD's is across the parking lot for those who want a quick eat. We stop here to/from Norfolk Va. every year.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE A PET!!! When we checked in, we paid $20 extra for our small dog. The hotel has pet-friendly rooms that are isolated in one part of the hotel. We were given a room that smelled so intensely of urine, it was impossible to stay there. My kids were holding their noses. The front desk lady was very helpful within the powers that she had and gave us another pet friendly room. That room smelled marginally better, but still reeked. It had stains all over the bed spreads and the chair was so stained that it was unusable. Despite being a non-smoking room, we found a cigarette by the bed that housekeeping had missed. We stayed there out of necessity as we were traveling home the following day and it was already late for our two small children. Essentially, I paid $20 extra for my well-behaved dog and was given a room that we literally could not take our shoes off in because it was so disgusting. The Days Inn promise that you can "expect clean, comfortable rooms" was certainly not applicable here. We left a message for the manager to call us to make him aware of the situation and received no response.
