I work there and its so dope Priscilla we are only open for the Halloween season which starts in September to November 3rd . its a different experience from any other haunted houses you go to . you should come and see it for your self

No, no groups. Only two people at a time and that's for the first 5 min, after that you will be by yourself for couple mins. You'll eventually find your friends but they manage to brake you up .

You cannot request to stay together. They will not let you in if you don't follow their rules.

I did the marine espace room and it was 1 hour. my family and I loved it. Although I would say that they should fix some parts of the puzzle which were broken but overall good experience

I don't believe there are reservations per say. However the V.I.P. Passes, while a little extra cost, put you to the front of a secondary line and greatly speeds your entry. Well worth the money as Halloween approaches.

They will split even groups of two up. I went with my boyfriend and we were split up until a bit before the end. If you are thinking of this as a first date, it's a terrible idea. In terms of your second question, they have a high quit rate. That means, a lot of people go in but don't make it all the way because they are frightened and quit. So you can't get a refund because you decided to quit 5 minutes into it.
